same. MIC may have the answer as far as timing of the release of funds, or it simply takes the brokerage time to dispose of IOC (more quickly than it took MH I hope) and get the XOM stock into the accounts.

Our XOM stock is underwater and I can't even sell it because it isn't showing up in my Fidelity account yet. Just IOC in some weird state of stasis. Guess I could call Fidelity, but even if they could sell for me, I would not have the flexibilty in timing my transaction that I get online.
I never dissented, btw, just voted no.
If the number of shares is 0.5459 XOM shares per IOC share. Then we need XOM to rise to 82.43 to get our "$45.00" per share out of this deal.
And JTF needs $164.86 (less XOM dividends and the CRP) to get to his $90 he said he would get by dissenting.

At 12:25 pm, we could have sold for 44.88 per IOC share if we weren't locked out. One more potential grievance for class action, I guess.

The correct number of XOM shares and the CRP are in my Fidelity Account.
The CRP is designated as: 460ESC890 - INTERSTATE GENERAL LP UNIT LTD PARTNERSHIP NEW
IOC Shares are still shown in my RBC Account.
SAD and not good.
