CRP Details
#1

Hi there, I have been following this forum for a while now, just looking for some info that for some reason i am having trouble figuring out on my own.

The CRP, what is happening with that? With the recent drilling results, or lack thereof, what will the CRP end up being?

Thanks for all the help guys

Tim

CRP certification process should begin as soon as Ant 7 is completed and tested, and the process should take approx. 120 days give or take a week or so. So I'm guessing August at the earliest to hear what [if any] the payout will be. My hope is that the appraisal average will be at least mid 7s tcfe as I believe that Exxon will need at least that to secure financing for 2 trains either as an expansion of the existing plant or with Total at a stand-alone plant. But we may see nothing [6.2 Ts or less], of course, which also would not surprise me.

Thanks 2126, and am I correct that we are still eligble for the CRP even if we have sold all of the Exxon stock we now have?

The CRP is virtually un-transferrable, so yes, you would still own.

The pending crap payment shows up in the fixed income area on some accounts as pending escrow payment.
