#1

Source law360.com,article The Right Way to Calculate Atty Fees in Class Action law suits.

It was decided on Dec 4th,2015 in New York The 11th Circuit Court of appeals reaffirmed its long held position that attorney/s fees should be awarded basaed on a

percentage of the total monetary award made available to the class.

In the upcoming law suit with Interoil the attorneys have agreed to 1/3rd in total costs for them of the amount colleced.

Or the days of $2.00 class action awards in cases like this are over. Just comes down to harm created and how much monetary compensation for that harm.

Who is filing the lawsuit? Is this a class action. If so, how can one participate?
