John Christian has a new strategy
#1

As of 6 PM EST Friday the following is an update

A certain VP with Exxon has been told to make the dissenters go away.

John Christian is soliciting dissenting shareholders to join a group that he will negotiate for directly with Exxon .

John is sending out letters Monday as 2126 stated to have people sign an agreement to join the group .

The group is about 100,000 shareholders now . The retainer is $50,000 Canadian or about $37,000 in US dollars .

The fee you would have to pay would be on a per share basis . You do not have to accept the John C negotiated deal .

The negative is to accept the deal one signs away you future litigation right . Or you could not partake in the US law suit .

John C feels there is extra value in that shareholders were not paid for the Total deal , were not paid for the acreage outside E/A and were not paid the right amount for the E/A assets,

That law suit is coming along nicely and is a robust number it's stated.
