Bridge Financing
#1

Best as I can tell, Nautilus has drawn down seven of the ten monthly $2 million bridge financing options ($14 million) available to them over the period beginning 12/1/16 and ending 11/30/17, for a potential total of $20 million.  As yet, they have not exercised their July 2017 option.  Is a financing announcement imminent to enable the remaining steps leading to production?  I'm guessing they will need around $200 million.

$200M is the number from their business plan years ago.  If I remember right.  The term Bridge Financing implies a temporary solution.

There 673,610,636 shares or more.

That's $0.30 a share assuming 100% of shares pay up, which in the past was more like 50%.

There are of course other financing options, although small share holders may regret those possibilities.
