Scary stuff. Looks like a price drop occurred because of it.

O'Neil was PM for most of Nautilus' existence. I assume most agreements were with his government.

As far as wet testing goes -- any idea who exactly is performing the tests and who is responsible for security for $10s of millions (maybe more) worth of equipment none of which (as far as I know) has a backup.

O'Neil tipped as likely to win PNG leadership on Wednesday
It appears at this stage that Papua New Guinea Prime Minister Peter O'Neil has the numbers to form the next government when Parliament sits tomorrow. This is despite several of the writs not being returned and the final composition of the House not being finalised yet. Retired Australian academic Dr Bill Standish, who has observed the last seven PNG elections, tells Bruce Hill that although MPs swapping sides unexpectedly at the last minute have been a feature of previous post election sittings of Parliament, it appears as if Mr O'Neil is ahead of his rivals.

Papua New Guinea's parliament has re-elected Peter O'Neill as prime minister, ending a chaotic election campaign marred by violence. While O'Neill's ruling People's National Congress party was unable to win enough seats to form a government outright in elections last month, in which counting continues, he secured enough minor party and independent support to be re- elected prime minister on Wednesday.
