News update on Elk Antelope

FWIW

Same old story.  "At least one new train."  To be an "expansion" of the existing LNG plant.  "Lowest cost of supply" with US projects in 2nd place.

FID supposedly sometime in 2019.

Kaliboo - Thanks a bunch for the update !

Also, just got my Scottrade 1099 ...looks like (at first glance) we will be okay on the crp payment, tax wise. Sad that the payment wasn't more realistic, but can't do much about it now. Sure hope ol' mh gets screwed somehow ! ( ha,ha ). It would serve him right .<img src=" border="0" class="smilie" src="http://shareholdersunite.com/mybb/images/smilies/tongue.gif" />  Hope your loved ones are all well .

Nice to hear from you Sageo.  I hope your and your loved ones are doing well.  Me and mine are doing great.

Likewise my Fidelity statements were OK tax-wise, but I had disappointments with them for failing to follow advance written instructions I gave them both for the initial payment and then later with the CRP.  I dissented, so got cash for the first payment. I don't think I'll ever dissent again. .

I'd like to compare notes with you and anyone else on this.  When your shares were removed from your brokerage account, what was the price per share deducted from your account?  Since I dissented there were several months between them removing the shares and actually getting paid.  Fidelity provides no explanation  explaining what that value is of the shares removed other than the February 2017 monthly statement, which shows $48.36 per share as the closing value for the month. Is that what yours was????

The March monthly statement has a very large deduction in the balance with zero explanation explaining what that number consists of.  Finding out how much was actually deducted for IOC is clear as mud.  There is no accounting.  That is just unacceptable.  That's a good good way to hide fraud.  I've asked for a full accounting.

Best regards,

Kaliboo

Kal - The 48.36 was exactly what mine showed also .

Yep, the longer I live the more fraud and deception I see in our once great country . Among our friends, I now refer to us as "the divided States of America" .

Please " keep the faith" ,even tho' it gets more difficult each day !
