sherlock holmes and the missing ship news.
#1

Hi Guys

I am new member on the forum. but have been browsing it for many years have also been investing in NUS for years just to sadly see the price going down and down and down….

However my heart still is set for NUS and the adventure they where going on !!! and I hope to god that they still make it and all is not lost (even tho it sometimes seems like it )

Just like you I can’t wait for an update or news or something!! And ever since MDL said they got the ship (even tho I don’t believe it )  and NUS saying that is not the case( but have not really proven anything to us )  have we not got any further.

So I suggest we make our own news Smile !

We know where the ship is and the nearest airport is Fuzhou international airport

One of us could travel to the shipyard from the airport that is only 52 minutes away by car

This way we could get a lot of answers like.

Is the ship ours or who is it?

What is the status of the ship?

Is it getting rebuilt or getting finalized?

All this and a lot more

One thing that I have leant over many years dealing business  with Chinese people. is that every thing is possible as long as you “butter well” so I don’t think that getting  access to the shipyard to see the ship  will be an issue.

I know this is a bit radical idea, but desperate times calls for desperate measures.

But let me hear what you guys think

Kind Regards

Maildk

I volunter 5G.  He can check on the copper content of the ship and it's percentage of purity. <img src=" border="0" class="smilie" src="http://shareholdersunite.com/mybb/images/smilies/angel.gif" />

This is the email address of the shipyard newbuilding@maweiship.com Business@maweiship.com This is the email address of the Representative of the Govt of PNG who is incharge of the project Peter.Graham@oktedi.com Unless the mail comes from a verifiable source, its unlikely they will answer. However, if 20-25 mails go to the PNG Govt. they would probably force the company to clarify. Its also cheaper than a plane ticket to China. Please post confirmations of mails/ replies on here so we can all see.

Be careful how you write and format your letters. You are starting to play with fire now. And many can lose what has not been lost yet. This is not a childish play you want to do.

Though is good to get great news daily, probably there is a reason why there is nothing official anywhere, but rather hearsay. Maybe real business people are finally in charge...

I agree, starting to poke around now is good for nothing. Everyone sending emails will not change the final outcome. If it's lost, it's lost anyway. If we move ahead, we move ahead. Everything will be clear in due time. Let them do their job and don't create panic.

New here but not to the forum. Stumbled accross it several months ago and have been following it closely ever since. I totally agree that we should NOT be sending off a bunch of emails to executives, officials, etc. At this point it would do more harm than good. I honestly believe that if they were going to pull the plug on Nautilus they would have done it by now. No reason to keep something on life support this long if there was no hope. Right now no news is good news. Their silence tells me that they are still negotiating. I have a strong feeling that we will hear some very positive news before the end of this month or at least before the March 8th deadline.
