A question on hearing from company - does anyone know if they will have to hold a shareholders' AGM this year? Their last one was in June 2018 - can't find the report, but 2017 is here http://www.nautilusminerals.com/irm/PDF/...ingResults.

I am assuming they won't since they have de-listed, but surely they need to present accounts to shareholders for the period of the year they were on TSX? Previous ones seem to have been in Vancouver - if they have one is anyone local enough to go along & ask questions directly to what is left of directors & officers?
