Per the Monitor's 5th Report: if there is no settlement or court decision by Friday September 20th the restructuring plan of DSMF fails. Let's hope for a Hail Mary, miracle, something.... We won't win, but at least they won't win either.

Also no update from either canadian attorney so I'm going to look into a few U.S. based class action specialists today and reach out. Not giving up.
