There has been a lot of trading on this stock lately. Last week it tripled in value, at least twice, to 1.5 cents. There doesn't appear to be any trading today. NONE at all as if it's been suspended or halted. Perhaps this is the moment we've been waiting for?

It finally move late in the day yesterday, maybe there just wasn't any buying or selling on it until then. But there is definitely something going on. A lot of activity on it the last three weeks. I think one time it may have even got up to 2.5 cents recently. Basically were in the middle of a world-wide pandemic & financial crisis, with no real end date in site, a very likely recession and if you listen to some, possibly a depression. Under those conditions why would anyone in their right mind be investing their money in a bankrupt stock/company? Because they know something is going to happen with it, that's why! It's only a matter of time. Once the unknown entity is done buying the majority of available shares and the conditions are right, they'll transfer their assets to NUSMF and bingo, they're billionaires overnight and maybe a few of us here are millionaires. Sound too good to be true? Who knows?

...so and the end of the day, these folk invested into a company. Became the majority shareholders, refused to fund the operation. Refused to sell the operation. Ousted all entities within the operation. Claimed creditor protection to absolve themselves from obligations to repay the operation. Sold the assets to themselves. Claimed bankruptcy to not pay obligations. Emerged from bankruptcy, allowed the old shares to continue to trade, while promoting their new operation. ...and what comes next, a successful commercial mining company operated by Deep Sea Ming Fund which is just Nautilus Minerals in all ways from Board Members, to staff, to equipment, to agreements, just without obligation to shareholders.

If laws were ever created to ensure the rights of shareholders, this is a case study in defrauding shareholders. They spent many millions and many years on this project and found a way to ensure they are a little more richer. Hard to fault the folks who have the means to do all of this, because without them this would be done a long time ago, its just the idea that there isn't really any idea of shareholder rights as the laws were written. Just some script to analyze to ensure your fraud is all copacetic.

For me my $$ investment is small, its just infuriating to think companies can just do this and get a rubber stamp of approval providing they pay enough money
