I believe you may be correct Lib, and the stock is acting a little "good newsey". Its now around 4am in PNG thursday, a few more hours wlll be Thursday workday. I certainly hope you're right. I believe this appears to be a late state classic short attack in front of news and they are covering wholesale. BTW, yesterdays nasdaq short sales were again quite low, 32% of total nasdaq sales. That's down in short covering territory, imo.

I can't imagine that the news of any NEC action would not have hit last night and picked up by 6:00 am CDT. At best, the proposals were considered by the NEC and sent back for reconsideration next Wednesday. JMHUO FWIW WIN.
