Whales are called whales for a reason. They are big, move steadily and strategically, are around for the long haul and are not bottom feeders.

Small Funds can be nimble but whales can't buy the bottom because of the quantity they buy.They scale in and scale out. Very reassuring to see them add .So the little guys sold again and the Big Whales added.The Institution % owned rose vs retail ownership.The rich get richer!!!
