Unsolicited Comments on Philstar.com

Regarding today's National Article implying 50% Gov't atake and June decision:

Gov. Kavo is a friend of Guf LNG and Interoil.  Gov. Kavo was in fact interviewed in the article.  Gov. Kavo is in fact un-informed regrding negotiations and final selection outcome and terms.

The article is innacurate beyond the fact that Kavo was interviewed.

Use don't Flush.

Exactly. The way some of these articles go when they are so slanted negative like this is:

National Reporter: "Mr Kavo do you think Interoil will announce its partner by the end of June before the PA expires?"
Kavo: "Yes"

Story: "Kavo stated that Interoil will be announcing its partner at the end of June; probably about 11:59;59 PM."

“I know that you are all awaiting the announcements on the asset sell-down process, and I can assure you that we are all excited about our future, especially given the certified resources that we have.”
“The asset sell-down, once completed, will fund the Gulf LNG project and our longer-term exploration programme.”

Tree, was this a recent quote or pre-Feb 28th? Also any indication of whether we may receive interim update?

TX,
March 7 Quote from a MFIC.
EnnerOle told us they would provide updates as legally required and that's what we will get.
I like the FACT that IOC is on offense and we can expect more unsolicited comments I'd imagine.

I agree. I would hope that we get some type of official press release giving an update and spudding of E3 within the next fees weeks but that may be asking to much. I think that wouldn't violate the CA & would go a long way to reassuring the market and quieting the critics
