I guess the Board met selected a winner and now we have wrinkles. Offers to buy all of IOC or all of PRL15 and Phil was on record saying he didn't want to do that. I look at Shell and how the company has many issues based on some poor decisions. Not replacing reserves and expensive projects come to mind. I think Shell needs the IOC project. Its knd of a must have for them. All my opinion based on what we know today. We wait
