Pavel is conveying more optimism on IOC in conversations today than he has in years.  Pavel has already spoken to Dr. Hession, and he is indicating that Hession has an incredibly positive perspective on the company's assets and potential.  That's much more important than a Citron Research report about a relationship that InterOil had almost a decade ago with a broker dealer that's now embroiled in legal issues.
