"Interoil is a simple short play. Not for the reasons trumpeted by public shorts though. Granted, IOC has found the resource, they have government support, they have tremendous exploration upside and the stock trades at a fraction of the value the sell-down will assign. IOC appears to be a can't miss long play. What the longs, for the most part, have misunderstood is this valuation process will take 3-5 years before their expectations meet market reality. IOC is a time play and I have the time. Most investors on both sides of the play do not. This truth will transfer wealth from these folks to me for a few years."
