Certain prerequisites seem to have happened over the past week and certain meetings are finally being scheduled that would be expected to happen after the announcement. These are the peripheral signs I've been awaiting immediately ahead of a deal announcement, and they're finally all happening. CEO Hession said nothing negative yesterday, and his unwillingness to discuss the deal only confirms how close it is to being announced. Management confirmed on calls with at least one large shareholder yesterday that Hession's "body language" relating to deal progress was intentionally subdued, as he did not want to tip off anyone. Additionally, I have heard from a source in PNG that there has just been a breakthrough that will help accelerate the deal with XOM being finalized. I think we're 2-3 weeks away, in which case a sharp rally above 100 in the next week or so could very well happen. Good luck to all
