I don't think so. Remember when about a year ago when the Shell COO and CEO simply said , yes we are talking with IOC and the price shot to the upper 90s? Went down when no specifics were announced. Then you had that horrible day when the PM said that XOM and IOC were going into exclusive talks and the price shot to $106 but came crashing down because IOC was not able to discuss the talks. This stock NEEDS specifics, period. What I believe is when the deal is announced the price will be good and the DETAILS will be specific and we will never see below $100 pps again unless a stock split. Less

When the deal is announced the same announcement should include statements about a stock split and a listing either in Austrailia or Singapore at the same time putting questions to rest and equally nailing the shorts and their arguments...period.
