The distribution agreement with China Unicom marks the first official availability of NQ Mobile's award-winning solution in the Chinese market.

NQ Family Guardian offers parents a robust solution to ensure their children's mobile experiences remain safe, secure and within established boundaries. NQ Family Guardian gives parents a complete set of security and monitoring services, allowing them to be updated on the child's location, prohibit access to inappropriate websites and apps, set schedules for when device functions can and cannot be used, and even block spam calls and texts.

China Unicom WoStore will begin showcasing NQ Family Guardian at retail locations on November 10, 2013. Additionally, users can download the application directly through the WoStore mobile portal (mstore.wo.com.cn). The application will become available in some application stores such as China Mobile MM towards the end of the month.

So here is what I have concluded since the MW allegations...all of the major Wall St firms have given NQ the green light, 1 big four auditing firm soon to be a second firm have given NQ the green light and even in the midst of the allegations two of the largest telecom companies in China have given NQ the green light yet the stock is still down 40% bc a known short seller who is batting 1 for 7 claims the stock is a fraud after he has already built up a short position.

Not a very hard decision on my part on who to believe. Btw picked up another 50 Nov 10 & Dec 10 calls yesterday...couldn't help myself

Hi Matt, congrats on the new Agreement with China Unicom, great growth potential for the future.

However as very anxious investor, even more so with todays huge sell off in your stock, do you intend to release any 3rd party reports prepared by your new committee to try bring confidence back to the market? With this i feel the short sellers will drive this stock down to the very low singal digits and in which case Carson Block will have truely won.

You may have heard that Pipper Jeffery if no longer covering the stock, not positive sign and probably contributing to todays huge sell off.
