Elaborate in your question please.

Sold by whom to whom and when?

(Or is it who to who? Or whom to who? Or who to whom?)

Puts why $1.60??
The Pavel average of $1.20 has several Coal Based NG projects that require 10,000 wells and drive down the average per mcf .
Since IOC has wet NG with a negative cost to produce because of the condensates one can conclude the IOC price should be near the top of the averages not the mid point. That top of the averages would be over $2 per mcf if it happens or double RJ and Morgan estimates. The price would discounted for the time value of the cash flow.Or investors may have to wait for the cash flow to get their $200 a share. Buying into the PNGLNG would be the best way to drive shareholder value and then to monetize the condensates.
Again until we get deal metrics there are way to many variables to figure this out.
