Coincidence???

Prince Charles and his wife Camilia just landed in PNG this week for a two-week stay for the Jubilee for PNG. One has to wonder if the coniciding of their visit has anything to do with a pending deal with IOC and PNG. Is BP a dark-horse in this race? Or maybe he bet some money on one of the other entries. Or maybe all the parties thought it would be a nice touch to have the IOC signing be done during this time. It does seem as though the ducks are lined up. Maybe they were earlier than they were told about the papers being ready.
