Have we heard anything about share buybacks?
#1

Hey everyone, long time reader first time poster here. I bought a small amount of shares after the MW hit job, in large part due to a lot of the excellent posts on this site. One nagging question I've had recently though is what happened to NQ's corporate share buybacks, as well as managements planned buys? After the MW hit piece I believe management stated they looked forward to spending ~$35mm? on share buybacks after the quiet period ended after they reported 3Q results. On 11/12 NQ reported strong results and announced executives were going to spend up to 3mm buying stock also. Since then I haven't heard a thing about either company or management buys though. Have I missed any announcements? It seems to me like most other companies report insider buys and sells within a week or 2 of trade date. As an example, Cenveo's chairman reported a buy today from trade date 12/05. Does anyone have a good line into management to ask them to update us on their progress and/or encourage them to buy and issue a press release? Thanks!

Luke

I recall a while back hearing Matt Mathison (I think) confirm that NQ had been in the market acquiring shares. No mention of size or price range. Regarding the mgt. buyback, if it's anything like the last one, NQ'll follow up with a status pr to keep investors apprised of its progress.

re the last one, how long between the time of purchase of shares and when NQ announce in PR? i believe they've been buying and will only announce when it's done.
