Update from IR
#1

Hello,

Happy New Year!  I wanted to send you a quick update from the Consumer Electronics Show.

First, NQ Mobile IR now has a Twitter account.  Please follow us at @NQMobileIR.  We sent out our first tweet on New Year's Day and we are very excited about 2014.

Second, let me provide some background around today's exciting announcement of the largest MDM contract in China to date (and likely one of the largest globally).  For this particular contract, NationSky will not be selling the hardware and the devices (Android-based tablets).  This will be a software and services only deal.  NQSky continues to distinguish itself among competitors.  In this deal specifically, we were selected from among a group of competing solutions including IBM and Citrix.  The scale and complexity of this deployment validates NQSky as the clear leading solution for enterprise mobility enablement in Greater China.  This is a marquee reference win that will have positive effects on our business development pipeline.

Finally, I wanted to take the opportunity to highlight a few things about our new platform product, NQ Live.  The power of our NQ Live Platform is that we leverage the most coveted real estate in mobile, the home screen.  We make this important real estate on the mobile device now available for a broad ecosystem of application developers, content providers and brands.  As you know, there have been several recent announcements including YHOO's acquisition of Aviate and the recent IPO of Sungy Mobile which validate the importance of the interactivity of the home screen.  The important differentiator between these types of announcements and NQ Live is that these other products enable one content provider, whereas NQ Live can enable all content providers to leverage this real estate.  As we have stated previously, we have an exciting pipeline of distribution partnerships and content providers to share with you in the future in addition to the already announced customers and partners.

Please let us know if you have any questions,

Regards,
Matt

Great update. Thanks Admin.  I agree that this new deal is a great validation of their product development.  So many revenue streams emerging.  Maybe NQ will again increase guidance when they release earnings for Q4

Hi, Admin:

Does Matt's email sent to you only, or a email group? I have sent and received email from Matt before, and I would like
to get this kind of update from him as well. Just curious. Thanks.
