13 G filing by Altimeter

Altimeter now owns 9.8% from 6.3%, taking it up from 9.5 mil to 21.4 million shares!! A vote of confidence!!

There could be more filings and we will definitely get the other institutional holidngs in Feb for Q4, 2013. Another boost to the SP.

Bloomberg reports Altimeter owning 4,293,894 ADRs/13.81% of the outstanding shares in a 13G filed on 1/09/14.

interesting that Altimeter would purchase shares previous to the Sprint announcement.  I wonder what changed in Altimeter's view from their original purchase until taking this larger stake.  Altimeter takes meaningful private equity type positions in public companies.  Did management give better guidance for NQ Live?  The market is undervaluing the revenue potential which we should get an update on with Q4 earnings.

Management did not  include guidance for NQ Live during the analyst day. I will be posting the comments by Canaccord soon, they do not have any estimates for NQ LIve included in their model but will add soon once the metrics are known so this is another REV booster.
