Fred V. Planned Sale

Not sure how Steve can ask institutions to buy shares while Fred offloads this many...makes for a tough sales pitch.

Any thoughts on how this might be a positive? Some are saying the timeframe may indicate a potential increase in the near term stock price due to the impending uplist.

It's a planned sale with no execution obligation. He's buying a property, not really terribly worrying. The CEO has 11m+ shares, if he started to sell serious numbers that would be worrying.
