Kereru Deep - New Prospect?

Some time ago we talked about the dark red or maroon trend shown on http://tinyurl.com/n9fthdz page 13. This the southern trend that Dr. Hession has been showing on http://tinyurl.com/n7tl8ph page 10. This is the trend that Raptor is being drilled on. On page 14 of this presentation you will see the comment: “Possible follow-up targets at Duck Bill and Puri/Kereru Deep on trend”. You might ask what is the Puri/Kereru Deep target? Well that is the dark red or maroon trend shown on the gravity map mentioned in the opening sentence above. So follow-ups for Raptor on this southern trend is Duck Bill to the southeast and Kereru Deep to the northwest. I think it would also include the Puri Deep.

If you really want to get into this you can look at this 1959 seismic data when they were drilling Puri-1. http://tinyurl.com/mdozwe7 ; There is some interesting geology discussed here including the thickness of some of the limestone sections. May be out of date or inaccurate.

These prospects may be more interesting or less interesting after we see how Raptor turns out.

Looks like we're spoiled for choice in drilling prospects. Yet another new one appears, I wasn't aware of Kereru Deep, thanks Pet.

Remember that shot and have always wondered how big a prospect that might be. Interesting in that it is partly in PRL 39 it appears, as well as PPL 475. Don't think it would reach into PRL 15

Yessir Tucker!  Look at the prospect map on the company website and we see our old friends Seismosaurus, T Rex and a couple of others in that area and likely why they asked for new licenses where they kept everything instead of another extension to licenses where they would have had to give up 1/2 of PPLs.
