--company sitting on $283M cash;

--audit is largely complete;

--D&T is currently responding to final Qs from PWC;

--large shareholders--Oberweis, Altimeter, Toro--remain in place as far as he is aware.

You can read some of his other posts, sounds like a thoughtful person, pretty credible. Draw your own conclusions of course.

Mathison has been very accesible through the whole process.  He is the company cheerleader and tells investors what they want to hear.  Omar is not out there keeping investors engaged, so it falls to Mathison.  The only thing relevant from above is none of the largest holders have sold their shares (although we would have no idea if a holder put on a swap with a bank).  Any 13G filer must file an amended 13G if they change their position.  Filings are public so Mathison would know at same time as everyone else.  The large institutions are sticking with the company for the time being and hopefully they are actually talking to Henry, KB, or Omar not just Mathison.

if it is true that D&T is currently responding to final Qs from PWC, I would think this coming Tues final audit might be ready as it gives one extra day (Monday) for them to complete before the market opens on Tues, hopfully.

I was able to get a hold of Matt just now.   He is so very upbeat.   Employee morale is good.  No mgmt resign at all.  Partnership is going fine.    They are doing everything they can for the audit.

He also mentioned that institution investors has sticking with NQ.

but seems still vague about the most important thing for the time being, i.e. the exact time frame of audit release, within how long. couldn't they talk about it even privately?

I prefer that management is tight lipped about the timing as not to build expectations that had happpened a few times before. The shorts can not use the options to pin down the SP.

now it's weekend. there is expectation about next week. so if no news on next tues., the stock should drop again.

Why do you care much about the daily fluctuations. Either you believe in it or not.
