I'd imagine that today's forensic audit outcome and upcoming 20F improve the chances of further strategic investments/acquistion potential.  The underlying businesses are steaming ahead, all aimed at a mobile centric world.

most definitely its in play. Theres been a ton of consolidation in all 3 sectors NQ operates in. You can bet your bottom dollar that they've gotten inbound inquiries for tie-ups / partnerships divestitures.
