For our financial gurus. For a amateur like me I'm thinking if MH drops us a special dividend of 1 or 2 bucks a share, the shorts could be toast and the pps just might rocket soon. The fear itself of that might be enough. What say you? Who said things have gotten boring?

I think a Billion dollars in cash, 35% of 7.1 TCF of NG, and exploration upside is enough to drift us higher.... but not betting anything on a short squeeze.... I think the majority of the shares shorted are just long-term holders shorted against the box.

I think the days of thinking about a short squeeze are behind us. Short interest has gradually been whittled down and as things continue to happen like the refinery loan, they will continue to gradually cover. Execution of the plan is our best friend.

No chance for a dividend, and I do not want one. It looks like a great cash position which reduces chance of dilution. Quarterly earnings reports will now simply be monitization and development reports. Focus, focus, focus!
CF The Antelope LNG plant to be located in Port Moresby best guess requires $16.5 Billion to develop per the Interoil estimate. We will own 30 percent and can borrow 70 percent or we need $1.5 billion to foot our share of the bill. No cash dividend on the immediate horizon and no chance of a short squeeze as 8 million have already covered. I believe we wil see a cash dividend just not today. Now if we were to have success at all 3 wells which PET handicapped at 80-90 percent possible and we sold down on those assets well maybe then we can talk cash dividend. Or would be build another LNG plant?

I don't think that were his odds for having success in all three together, perhaps for individual ones although with the problems even that might have been lowered and there were others who were considerably less optimistic, including our CEO.

Go back and look STP PET estimated 2 wells at 80 percent and Wahoo at 90 percent. Thus my comment. Then look at the big picture what things are pending at this time and why would they motivate Interoil to be slow to report results. .PET may be wrong but he has the best batting average of any of our drilling experts.

Yes, those were the odds for individual wells (which not everybody agreed with) And what do you have to do with these to get the collective 3 well chances.. Might want to consult statistics101 before answering...
