Gavin Kim, is a prominent executive at NQ. Taking interviews. Still seemingly committed. The article is a follow-up to an award that was won by NQ last year. Interview dated July,15th.

That interview appears to come from a different universe than the one Wall Street occupies. Thanks for the post.

It's so ridiculous and this is why I have stuck with my investment, outside of Wallstreet, the company is the intrigue of many, and really doing things. On Wall Street it's an absolutely nightmare. Here is a site with respect to NQ's Design team, and the tools they provide for download, etc. Likely where they will put the NQ Live SDK, once that's ready. Very confusing where we are that's for sure..

NQ hired those executives only last 2 years mainly using options/stocks, it also acquired a few companies by issuing new stocks. There should be a lot internal pressure from them due to recent stock movement.
Imagine you are a FL executive and now the company has been valued at 400 millions, while the original 5% part of stock you hold is only worth 1 million, how would you feel? Right now the only thing comforts me is that I know those people lost much more than me and they will not just stand there and watch stock disappears. If NQ did something wrong in the past, it's not their fault and they will not help to hide it. The fact no one resigned yet and they didn't point finger to each other is a proof that NQ will survive from this.

The company is valued at ~ 260Million, not 400M. I agree, that those particular executives would be upset and also motivated to not leave. I suppose that's a silver lining, and probably the reason many of those top guys have not left. Let's hope it remains that way and yes that they survive.

So FL founders instead of holding 400M FL stocks, they probably now holding less than 40M NQ stocks, and i'm sure they won't be happy with it if it lasts long

Oh right. Correct, I understand what you mean. True and it's easy to get to that valuation based off the numbers of the gaming company who decided not to go public yet as a comparison. These shareholders are likely upset but we don't know how many shares they disposed of when they first sold. It's unlikely they have the same lockup, but do probably have a vesting schedule for more shares as targets are met.

I forwarded that to Kim Titus and IR. I have suggested to them good news like this needs to be shouted from the rooftops. I also suggested they need to improve NQ's website to make IR news much more obvious. You just about have to search for it...in a blog. In a blog?? I suggested a "news streamer" on the main page. Investors should not have to "figure out" how to find IR news should they? I still don't see this interview mentioned anywhere on NQ.com.

Check this one out: http://finance.ifeng.com/a/20140717/12740468_0.shtml They held a World Cup party last weekend. Another sign that: They are not at the brink, at least as a company, surely as a stock it feels differently. I bring this up, because clearly there is confidence within the company, but again a huge disconenct with Wall Street, sadly.

they seem to be thinking the mw shit is all over, which is clearly not the case for their shareholders.
