This morning's announcement of NQ Mobile's offering of a bundled comprehensive device protection solution with A Wireless marks an important debut. This is the debut of bundling our security products (NQ Mobile Security for Android or NQ Mobile Assurance for iOS [iPhone]) with physical device protection across platforms which provides damage and loss coverage offered in cooperation with eSecuritel. The A Wireless launch marks the deepening of the relationship with the retailer which already offers NQ Mobile Security, NQ Mobile Vault and NQ Family Guardian as stand-alone products. It also marks the debut of the rollout with the recently announced eSecuritel alliance.
As a reminder, during our year-end conference call in early April, we mentioned the progress of our retail strategy to include actively working with insurance partners to drive new insurance bundle offerings. We mentioned we would be commercializing our first insurance/security bundle over the next couple of quarters and today's announcement is the first official U.S. nationwide rollout of this strategy.
In addition to driving higher attach rates by tapping into the high attach-rate hardware insurance sales, we are also excited about further expanding into the iOS platform.
With this bundle, there is now retail availability of NQ Mobile Assurance for iOS. Until now, this app was only available as a stand-alone product in the iTunes app store.
With our easy-to-use web portal at assurance.nq.com, an iPhone owner can:
- Sound an alarm to find a misplaced phone.
- Locate the phone on a map (the phone must be ON and have a network connection).
- Track the phone for up to 24 hours—we'll send automatic location updates.
- Call the phone, even if the SIM card has been removed (Wi-Fi/Wireless Network required).
- Backup contacts and restore them later.
- Backup photos and videos for safekeeping.
- Send a message to the missing device. The person who has the phone will see the message onscreen, even if the phone is locked, and can contact the owner to return the phone.
- Catch the person who has the phone red handed. Use the phone's front-facing camera to take a picture of the suspect (and assist in the recovery of the device).
We look forward to sharing with you more updates on our retail strategy specific to offering more insurance bundling solutions across platforms. We anticipate that our attach rates will go up and lead to further penetration of our security suite of applications.

One of the mobile industry's most coveted awards, this recognition was truly a testament to the app's market-leading performance and innovative technology.

Finally, we want to share news of the awards and media attention received by some of our newer products as well as our company. In the US, NQ Mobile was honored by Mobility Tech Zone, an online resource for the mobile broadband industry sponsored by integrated media company TMC and Crossfire Media, and Silicon Valley Communications' industry and peer-judged Network Products Guide and Consumer World Awards programs. In China, we received two honors at the China Finance Summit, an annual event co-organized by mainstream media that focuses on companies that are driving the economic growth of the country.
The specific awards received are:
Mobility Tech Zone: NQ Mobile's NQ Live™ interactive mobile desktop and NQSky™ enterprise mobile management platform were each named a 2014 Mobility Tech Zone Product of the Year. The awards recognize NQ Mobile's leadership in the development of technologies geared toward the evolution of a 4G, all IP, wireless network, including products, services, architecture and infrastructure, delivery, and applications.
Silicon Valley Communications: NQ Mobile's executive team was honored in multiple categories across corporate and product management as well as business development in the annual Network Products Guide awards as well as the Consumer World Awards. Our Business Development Team received Gold Honors for their role in driving year-over-year growth for NQ Mobile through relationships with the world's leading carriers, manufacturers and retailers. Receiving both Gold and Silver honors were Victoria Repice and our product team, who continue to demonstrate excellence in the development of market-leading products and services. Lastly, Co-CEOs Omar Khan and Henry Lin were each individually recognized with Bronze honors for CEO of the Year.
China Finance Summit: In recognition of its contribution to China's economic and social development, NQ Mobile was honored with awards for both growth and innovation at the event held in Beijing on June 20th. The awards were judged by a panel that included representatives from research institutes, consulting firms, academia and the media.
