Never seen an all cash offer stock trading at 20% lower than the offer price. And also since it is too low of an offer market is expecting NQ to reject the offer and the focus being back to 20-F

I suspect the offer is legitimate, and will be rejected by NQ. This is the proverbial shot across the bow to the shorts. They are working overtime to keep NQ's price down. FMCN, FSIN and HRBN all went through the same issue of a share price significantly below the offer price. However, when these deals finally closed even the combined effort of a lot of shorts could not keep the price down. Cash talks and BS walks. NQ is definitely in play, but they would be short sighted to seriously consider any offers until the 20-F is filed.

As much as I have been a proponent for them going private or selling themselves to a strategic, this is not an appropriate valuation, and GDX is right, in not considering any offer until the 20-F is filed. There seems to be more clarity with respect to the annual report, and this is an opportunistic bid by Bison. It should create a floor for other bids, and hopefully the 20-F is not too far away.

I believe the offer is legitimate too, but I also believe NQ is legitimate, while market really has been trying to convince me otherwise gdx. It certainly is a nice development but would have been nicer if we closed above $9. Hope Guorun comes with a higher offer, I agree NQ has to reject this offer.
