Time for you to step in Tree. With the tap root you're endowed with you are the most experienced at drilling in unknown areas. Step aside Dave. Time to put Wahoo on hold and get things going in PRL 15.

Appears Wahoo is: 1) At or above Holland's pay grade and a top team needs assembly 2) Wahoo spud satisfied PNG DPE and it's completion will be after a not so quick re-engineer 3) The rig on Wahoo ain't heli-portable and won't go anywhere. They will be cutting brush and mothballing until further notice. 4) Agree, the $ is in appraisal of PRL15. HHTTFAPRL15.

From the job description it doesn't appear IOC is looking for a singularly unique individual. They are simply looking for someone with experience with swelling shales to come in for at least a year to assist in training drilling crews.
When you Google "swelling shales drilling" you get 220,000 results. It is not as if the world is seeing this kind of geology for the first time.

Great find, Tree! Extremely interesting, indeed.

I don't see "mothballing" of Rig 3 as a problem. Three High Arctic rigs available or becoming so, including the one from OSH (probably at Antelope 4), with WDL rig available soon from Raptor, and then Rig 2 from Bobcat if necessary.
