This part is especially interesting: Past year restatements: Expect no restatements. PWC legally had obligations at the time of dismissal, where if they had any reason to withdraw their opinion on the past years, they would have had to make their actions known at that time, Mathison stated. The SEC filing from July was a joint filing approved by PWC and NQ.

thanks for posting xcelmike. Gets me hopeful again.
Does anyone have an opinion on the reputation of Sludge Reports? I know nothing about them and the other companies they have reported on do not give me a lot of confidence.....

What is being reported by Sludge Reports, is corroborated with others who have spoken to Mgmt, so I'd say it's nice that this writer took the time to write what is being said to many others meeting with Omar and Matt. Also positive is that mgmt is on point and consistent, if they were as bad as painted by the short side, they wouldn't be this good at keeping on point in my personal opinion.

I saw that the biotech poster on ymb was an editor and proof reader. They claim to have many conversations with IR
It is a sliver of hope and I too would like to start discussing fundamentals what excited me was q1-q3 would all hopefully. Be reported shortly after 20-f filling. Then the buy back. Question assuming a relatively clean 20f what do you do? Hold longer or just get your unrealized loss back and be done? If thesis is they are clean I can't seeing selling until we realize the true value but I am so tired of all the attacks warranted or not. Curious to others thoughts. Perhaps one can see a pinprick of the light at the end of the tunnel

My meeting in Dallas { Friday afternoon} absolutely confirms everything said in the article.
Although I will add in response to my question to Omar: " What's the best way to handle Carson going forward" Omar said "the best revenge is being as absolutely successful in our business as we possibility can be. That will do more to disrupt his franchise as anything we say." I do think we will look back on these prices and wonder why the company was ever selling this reasonably priced. IMO not for long!
