Seeking Alpha reality facts
#1

Anyone with any agenda can write an article for Seeking Alpha.

Today we see proof of that fact today.

The latest Seeking Alpha writer fails to write factually:

Heres the proof

**The GCA report was as of Dec and Antelope 3 well results were not made public until Jan the following year. The Antelope 3 well results are not included in the GCA report.

**The GCA report did NOT assume the size of the formation that GLJ stated. They stated 2 more wells needed to be completed to verify the Western and Southern boundaries for Elk/Antelope. Today we doing exactly that drilling West and South to prove including testing the connectivity of the wells to the current formation area.

**There is a new formation not included on either firms estimates now called Antelope Deep. Interoil indicates its a multi T estimate.

For all these reasons E/A has good reasons to be proven at the GLJ level or higher.

Further there is zero value in the current stock price for any of the 3 new wells. Nothing but upside with positive results. While Wahoo might be a 2015 event both Raptor and Bobcat hold promise for results on the next call mid Nov if not before..

The average drilling times is 200 days for Interoil and these new wells are deeper than any other wells. Appears the Australians with their new ideas for drilling couldn't speed up the drilling times so back to the proven Dave Holland methods which have worked well.

The Seeking Alpha article reflects poorly on their value to an investor in my opinion.

FWIW,  a source I deem reliable says the author is aka/Bonk

Not to be the devil's messenger, but Keubiko accurately cites OSH as saying GCA updated its P50 to 7.0 tcf in December 2013 (http://www.pomsox.com.pg/dimages/company...1_2080.pdf, page 22). Antelope 3 completed logging in January 2013. Keubiko also doesn't hide the assumption in his calculation that there is no net value to IOC in any undiscovered hydrocarbon fields.

If you don't agree with his assumptions you won't agree with his conclusions. I personally don't, but as I've said many times the basis for my beliefs lie in information provided pre Hession. We might (do) agree the Hession recession may be wrong, but it is real. I will certainly grant Hession the deal with Total, the extension of PPL rights and executing a cash for refinery transaction that put IOC in the position to be able to drill three simultaneous exploratory wells. Absent any belief in the string of pearls theory the market bears out Keubiko's view more than ours.

We need a win from the drill bit.

Obviously part of a coordinated short attack on the stock that has been taking advantage of the weak market, especially in oil and gas / E&P stocks. Anyone who really wants to understand the value of IOC and the opportunity it represents should read the detailed research reports produced by the professional energy analysts at Bernstein Research and Credit Suisse, with buy recommendations and initial targets of 71 and 90, which include little for exploration success, and triple-digit targets further out. This latest anonymous "article" is nothing but distorted short trash with a dishonest agenda to scare people and mislead investors and benefit from driving the stock lower. IMO it actually represents an even greater opportunity to buy the stock at grossly undervalued levels. In fact, the shorts are probably doing this to enable more covering by themselves at lower levels, with news on exploration results expected in upcoming weeks. They have already managed over time through their manipulation and the ups and downs of the stock to reduce reported short positions from over 14 million shares to less than 6 million shares.

Interesting that a while ago bonk had stated that a reason for buying shares when IOC was in the mid-50s was that his understanding was that the appraisal wells to be drilled would likely prove up more resources and substantiate a higher pps. Now today on Yazoo he states the opposite as a "material" probability. Didn't we just spud Ant 4 at the end of Sept? Must be bonk is intercepting Puts' monkey's transmissions and they are already at TD with testing done on Ant 4.

Bonk is a smart guy; hope he gets his buy soon.

In a previous article, Keubiko (aka Bonk) had this to say:

At 9.9 Tcfe (GLJ's current estimate), IOC would be a compelling value at these levels (~64% upside to the current share price).

If you wonder what share price he had in mind, it was $87.21, to be precise.. (all the way arguing I was "off by a factor of more than 2x" when I arrived at $110 on the same 9.9Tcf).

One of Interoil's analyst that Bonk might be talking to stated to me the two appraisal wells hoped would prove up
more assets than expected raising the certification payment and raising the PPS.
Appears Bonk is playing the uncertainty card in a weak oil and gas tape. There is no doubt in my mind he will be long soon.

I laughed out loud at that judgmental condemnation, JFT.  "Kettle"...meet "Pot".

CAC you might want to develop a relationship with some of the analyst community that follow Interoil.
