thx mountain - it's looks like they're being cautious about issuing pr's until the 20f is issued, yet the good news about the businesses and initiatives continues building.  lot's of rumors on yahoo mb that the 20f has been completed and is now in the proofreading stage.  gl

i'm thinking it's likely that the audit has wrapped up and mgt along with marcum are going thru the 20f galley with a fine-tooth comb to make absolutely certain it's error free. clearly they're going to want to apply extra due diligence this stage of the process before submitting it to the sec and so the target date for finishing the audit procedures was surely set accordingly. all speculation on my part. to state the obvious, the recent action in the pps seems to suggest other market participants are thinking along the same lines ...all this being said, my track record for making predictions has been pretty lousy! gl

Well, whatever the rumors or status of the 20F, the shares are certainly on a tear. Nice to see!

FWIW the music radar app on iTunes (Doreso) is pretty good. It is fast at handling pop but can't tag classical very well (if at all). So many Chinese characters in the software is definitely a negative that needs to be resolved but I'm sure that's on their agenda.

I agree, Music Radar is good, and they and Shazaam are doing the same things which will result in scanning to shopping. Shazaam has a valuation of 500M -1B, clearly music radar is behind, but that's the valuation you can maybe assume NQ is striving for throughout China and Asia, maybe a little less, (given that it's likely to be the top in Asia while Shazaam leads other parts of the world) nonetheless a real potential business and asset.
