Management's transparency(?)
#1

There have seemed to be a lot of discussions floating around about NQ management's lack of transparency.  So, I want to exchange POVs here.  I think most of the dissatisfaction came from the share dilution for new acquisitions.  From what I could gather (please feel free that correct me if I am wrong), NQ has never made that kind of announcements about their acquisitions in the past on a regular basis. But, they did disclose all the info in the 20-F’s as required.  So, I personally do not have any problem with that.  I think they are as transparent as they could get by spending (probably too much) resources to get the Deloitte audit done which they were not required to do.  They have also worked with MCP to get the unqualified 20-F before the deadline out while continuing to do a quite fantastic job of building/expanding businesses via deals with MTS, DIS, Rovio, Softbank, etc.  On top of that, they still own a substantial sum of shares in the company and have not sold one single share (per the 20-F filing anyway).  Again, just want to share/exchange thought on this issue.

My 2 cents. If NQ is a 'normal' company (normal means not under short attack, no shorters' rumors every day...), then there is no problem with what it did. However, under current circumstances, it's NQ's responsibility that they should more proactive to communicate with investor about those information. I'm very disappointed that they just let shorters use this as another opportunity to attack company's integrity. They can't just do things like usual and hope people's suspect of company will be gone
