Be awake, NQ shareholders!!
#1

Otherwise tomorrow morning you will find your beloved FL mobile asset will become other's asset. And you only own 55% of it. What will you get in return? absolutely nothing.

We should start a lawsuite to suspend this deal in every way possible. Does anyone have any idea how to do this? I will fight against NQ management until they realize shareholder's value is more important than their HK friends money pocket

I suggest you write them, as I have and tell them to file a 13/D forcing the issues. Obviously not being a majority holder this crap goes on, but  13/D's are meant to put pressure publicly.

I used the email on their website but I once communicated months ago with someone there and they said they can't talk about positions when I asked for them to be more activists. The info email will be read. But you'd think they'd be doing this already, sold or are happy. Their only analyst was pissed off and confused about it and yet they just string us along like a much of turds

CRCM must have known about this given their stake in the company and would not surprise me if they have been sellig calls and buying puts and now just collected more shares on the cheap.

because evaluation of Tack must higher than FL so they choose to pump stock 30 times higher in one year then announce deal? how ridiculous that sound.

You know even that's reason the simple solution is in the MOU shell company still can use cash and stock to buy FL. that means shell company will owe NQ *** million dollors and they have to pay back by issuing new stock in HK market or use their cash flow. By only use worthless paper stock to buy FL that's essensially dilute NQ shareholds' value of FL for nothing.

Remember fact is fact, you can always find some legit reason but in the end you will only own 55%(maybe a little more) of FL if deal is done, and not get single penny from it. you might also own part of textile business which keep losing million dollar every year according to their ER
