Some understand this a long term play with exceptional returns as measured over time . Others like Mike wants it all now and don't understand what Hession Is doing for shareholders with an uncapped upside deal with two seperate payment periods both uncapped .
All one needs to do is look at the Dec Laurie Brown slide 11 to see why Mike is wrong and why the reservoir reports will rise and rise again after the new wells in the PRL 15 deal . That higher received payment will drive the price per share higher later this year . See the Laurie Brown commentary along with the Dec slides . Some take the time to understand what's going on and others watch the stock price per share daily err hourly etc. Some can wait and others can chase the hot stock Dujor like Mike . What reasonable investor can't wait till later this year for the payment ??

"Wait just a little bit longer and all will be great" is what you were spouting constantly FOUR YEARS AGO when I first bought. I think the pps was in the 70's then. If you would admit that your 7,000 posts, and all your "right around the corner" predictions over that period, have been overwhelmingly "wrong"...then maybe someone would give some credibility towards your current regurgitation. Otherwise, give it a rest.

I agree CAC. It's the antithesis of whining. Just refresh your reference point as facts change. Imagine if you couldn't criticize your favorite baseball team for a losing streak. Many have been invested here for npmany years so the smug attitude of "read" this or "path attention " to that is insulting. It is a tactic the shorts are good at, never address a diirect question or criticism and try to turn the questions back in the dire ton they came. It diminishes the credibility of the vpboard to a degree greater than most would publically admit to.

Facts- removing uncertainty is good for Interoil price per share .
The asset will be monetized the payment is cash which will drive the stocks price . Interoil has never had a contract to monetize its assets before and it does not matter who wins the arbitration . Take the cash payment divide by the number of shares and that's the value . Goldman says the largest overhang on the stock price is removed with the resource payment because the asset size is firmed up then . The payment is this year and the contract is binding upon the arbitration winner . If one doesn't believe what the company and the analyst believe is true then find another stock . Your call . Even a 1 train plant is monetization and the company now states at least 2 trains .

You have been wrong on the first 18+- and have never acknowledged it. That is what the shorts do. I don't believe there is any moral high ground just by being "long". The moral high ground is in refusing to unaccountably post the type of BS that many shorts post. Do you not value credibility? To the extent that anything said on this Board affects the pps at all, I would think even-handed evaluation (and honest acknowledgement of short-comings) would be more valuable than redundant, condescending lectures on why It should be obvious to us all that your catalysts 19 and 20 will "do it" this time.

I don't know what selling stakes to IPI and PRE were if not monetizing assets. Nor do I know what the agreements were with EWC and Mitsui and Samsung if not for monetizing assets.
That being said, things look every bit as rosy today as they did four or five years ago. As Bullwinkle the Moose continued to ask Rocket J. Squirrel time and again for years, "Want to see me pull a rabbit out of my hat?" |
