As far as I know, long-term LNG contracts based on Oil price have caps and floors to protect both buyers and sellers. The Oil price is not relevant when those floors and caps kick in

To my opinion the LNG price in early 2020, when the IOC project begins production, will be quite high due to normal demand growth in the next 5 years.

YES the world will return to normal Oil and LNG demand growth, and it will be NOOS.
YES there will be world-wide Oil and LNG supply growth but it will be lower-than-normal because several projects will be derailed for several years, not just for a few months.
However, the low cost LNG projects will not miss a step in their development.
Since everyone agrees that IOC's LNG project will be low cost, it's logical that it will keep marching forward at an accelerated pace.
