– NTNU's strategic research area annual conference

With its strong interdisciplinary research in marine technology and natural sciences, combined with socio-economic expertise, NTNU is developing knowledge that will strengthen Europe’s "blue economy" vision. At NTNU OCEAN WEEK researchers and representatives from industry and society, will jointly highlight the latest developments in the fields of maritime transport, deep ocean research, aquaculture, offshore oil and gas, deep sea mining, arctic exploration and the marine environment and society.

Jonathan Lowe (VP for Strategic Development and Exploration)

Mr Lowe joined Nautilus in January 2007 as Chief Geophysicist. He was appointed as Exploration Manager in September 2008 and VP of Strategic Development in January 2013. Prior to joining Nautilus Minerals, Jonathan worked for BHP Billiton where he gained 12 years of global exploration experience, initially as a geophysicist and then as a business development manager.
