Likely moot. Parliament, the Governor General, the army, the police, and most of the people support O'Neill. Thus the SC has NO power to impose its ruling on anyone.
BTW the PNG SC does not have the power of law that the US SC has; but we should expect them to posture as though they did, and they just did, again. Fruitless.

But wait...Duma for PM!

Duma sets eye on PM's post

Extract...
“I refuse the Deputy Prime Minister’s position twice from both the current and the past government. My refusal doesn’t mean that I was not prepared or ready but I just want to serve the people of PNG from the portfolio that I served. I was faithful in my portfolio as the Minister for Petroleum and Energy and delivered to this nation the much talked LNG project and second LNG in Gulf,” he said.

There you go! Duma has delivered second LNG in Gulf...yet my source prays nightly on bended knee for his failed re-election bid.
