Thanks Observer.  Couple of items of note in the video:

1) Regarding the seafloor production tools (SPT) maintenance plan, anyone know what is typical downtime to perform maintenance on heavy equipment in an environment such as this?  Mel stated the SPTs would be regularly serviced on the PSV, which makes sense.  Assuming the mining will be on a 24x7x365 schedule, how much downtime will be consumed with regular equipment maintenance?  Obivously with only a single set of SPTs (currently) any downtime will directly impact the ore production.  Frequently being around boats, ships, and seaborne equipment, I can easily envision 5-10% downtime for maintenance but that is purely a SWAG on my part.

2) Mel stated the EIS consists of only part of the environmental management approach.  He also stated "Environmental Planning and Monitoring" would need to be submitted (to PNG) 6 months prior to commissioning.  The EPM would be for ongoing mitigation and minimization of environmental impacts.  He also stated that communities and NGO's would be well represented and involved in this activity.  To me, this is another example of Nautilus going above and beyond the "normal" environmental impact planning and mitigation performed by most mines.
