Wahoo was spud on June 10, Tri was spud on June 15.  Is there any other drilling underway today?

i know Antelope 4 and 6 are being prepared, but I do not recall if they are actually drilling today.

i think we have 3 Arctic drilling rigs and the one retired from Antelope 4  are there any more drilling rigs available and ready today ?

i am trying to get updated on all current drilling and what rigs are where. What drilling is planned for the balance of this year?

The Rig at Wahoo is an IOC rig that travels on roads only as I remember.

Vidon - I am not certain, but I believe that the Artic rig #103 is drilling our Tricera #3 well. Because of the shallow depth of the reservoir,it should not take too much longer to reach TD and case the well....(if we don't commit any boo-boos in the process or have any "Mother Nature" interference). If my understanding is correct,the second High Artic rig was supposed to be delivered to us in August of this year. Not possitive, but I think it was rig # 115 . [ ...not sure about Ant 4 at this time ]. Hoping to get some good updated info at the August report.  Good luck .

I'm fairly sure w have a new rig en route to arrive PNG in Aug.

We do have a new rig coming , it's not been delivered yet . Due in Aug . Might take a few weeks to get ready to drill.

So we currently have only two drills turning today. Somehow this does not look to me like great planning nor management. There has been plenty of time to develop the sites and certainly helicopter portable rigs are available in this downturn. Our partner Total would be able to do more, particularly as they have assumed operator role per O'Neil puzzling situation !

The management's oopsy dooopsys started with the 2014 PPL drilling program. The delay affected the A4 spud. The drilling of A4 was some sort of never ending mechanical misadventure. The rig had to be put to sleep before A4 could be finished. The good news is that A5 was drilled with one of them new HA rigs and it only took 60 days. IMHO we are hoping that there has been a teachable moment and the new HA rigs will produce timely results soon.

Ant 4 is to be drilled again with an Oil Search High Artic rig . The site for Ant 6 is being prepared .
Not sure where this new rig drills when ready to drill .
