Anadarko Mozambique to FID this Year

That's great, that's helpful. And a second question, if I could, on Mozambique. Is the decision -- appreciate the update -- is the decision to FID the project by year-end conditioned on either owning any reduced interest or upon the commodity outlook at the time? I know your economics are underpinned by long-term contracts post-2020 on a turnkey EPC contract. But obviously your future cash flows are effected by any protracted downside. So any color they are as we move into the back half the year would be helpful.

Sure. I can understand some of the questions. I will say, I think we've reiterated before, interest in selling down from here approaches zero, from the standpoint that we believe that if we're going to be in this project, we want to be operator. And so selling down additional interest below where we are today would put into question whether or not we would be the operators. Just the pure arithmetic of it doesn't have any interest from that perspective.

PAs relates to the gating issue to get into FID, I think the biggest gating issue I can highlight for you would be just getting the plan of development approved by the government. In some ways, we have some control over that through this middle process and the things that lead up to it. But in terms of actually having the government approve the POD, that will be the biggest gating issue leading to FID.

O'Neil certainly indicates he wants an FID.
