If you were Total would you engineer in this Basis of Design time period the Interoil labeled Antelope Tie Back Wells??
Why would Hession mention top of page 20 June 18th ,Conversation witht the CEO ."To be clear we are negotiations over TBR."???
Would it not be cheaper long term to properly lay out a pipeline network and pipe sizes for Papua LNG including TBR now. ???
Would Total have an interest in locking up TBR for it's Papua LNG project now??
What price would get a deal done????Lower or the same as the first deal.
