In my experience of buyouts it won't be where we will be thrilled if it happens.

Sageo - Credit Suisse this AM is excited thinks stock might double ???Thats $80. Depends as always on your size estimate . Several analysts model us below GCA which was executed before the latest results . Do you include potential LNG revenue as Morgan does??
What T count do you use ?.
I use 8 T's today with more to come from further Antelope /PRL15 de risking . A buyer might offer
A Premium to today's price and hope to get a grand deal . Where that starts and ends I can't predict . Sorry

"Antelope 5 achieved higher gas rates at lower draw-down pressures than any other carbonate gas reservoir on public record." See page 9 of the Q2 presentation.

Any offer prior to certification has zero chance to suceed as it is most easily defended by IOC releasing the expected Tcf count of E/A based upon drilling and testing to date.  Hession then says, if you wait 3 more months, we get 1.19/mcf and you figure out how much we are worth.

The danger comes right after certification from Total as they have to make half of the take out price as part of the selldown deal. If you are dropping 2 billion why not drop another 2 billion and be done with it.

my 2 cents, Health and Happiness,
