PPS broke 40 today. If Hession would at least fire somebody that would be nice.

Thanks for the chuckle, Puts.  It's been a long and trying day here and the humor was appreciated.

Average 5-year return:

-48.8% IOC

-20.2% Woodside/Oil Search/Santos

Peter J Coleman - top dog at Woodside

Peter Botten - top dog at Oil Search

Peter Roland Coates - top dog at Santos

What if Hession changed his name to Peter...

Brew,

Average return would be per each year, that is not the case. I think you posted cumulative returns for 5 years. To be fair the Hession, I used the date he became CEO. July 12, 2013 to today IOC is down 41%, Santos down 51%, Oil Search down 26%, Woodside down 32%, and Total is up 4%. Of course most of the other stocks pay a dividend, InterOil does not.

Average referred to the Peters' performances.  Point taken though, Hession fares better in the comparison you make, -41 IOC vs -36 WOSS..

No worries, InterOil has it's own "Peter" at the top. The Peter Principle has been proven at InterOil.
