Doesn't matter where you live. The shares you own have bought on the Toronto Exchange (NUS.TO) not OTC (NUSMF) in order to get given the rights. At least that is how is was last time. A lot of us bought shares below the rights price around the time of the rights offering and then sold the rights. If I remember correctly the rights were trading around 0.005 to 0.02 per right. Short period of time, pretty small volume/windows-of-opportunity.

We will have to wait until the prospectus is complete. This might make a difference this time, I don't know... http://finance.yahoo.com/news/nautilus-j...25247.html
